Martin Development is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Commercial Information Exchange (CIE). From the MLS and CIE, the team at Martin Development is able to monitor the Green Bay/Fox Valley commercial real estate market. Martin Development’s goal is to be able to provide current market availability to its customers. The Commercial Information Exchange and the MLS contain all properties that are currently on the market, in a database. This database is shared with all Commercial Brokers in the Northeastern Wisconsin area.
