Education and Experience
Martin Development is owned and managed by Thomas P. Martin. Thomas P. Martin graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California in 1989. During the summers in college, Thomas returned home to Green Bay, Wisconsin to assist his father in various Commercial Real Estate Developments. Thomas P. Martin shares the same passion for real estate as his father and continues to be inspired by his ideals and beliefs. Growth and Success Martin Development has grown from managing and owning one 2,000 square foot office building in 1996 to over 13 Industrial and Commercial real estate properties in the Green Bay area. Total square footage under ownership/management in 2004 swelled to over 360,000 square feet of Commercial real estate space. Working with buyers and listing properties is a new aspect of the business that was added in 2003. Kris Hernandez joined Martin Development in 2003 as a Sales Associate to grow this aspect of the business. Kris worked in banking for fifteen years in both Private Banking and Commercial Lending. This background helps Kris work with clients on the buying, leasing and selling of properties, as well as being a liaison with the financial institutions.Community Service Thomas Martin serves on the Heritage Hill State Park Foundation Board and the Family Services Ensuring Futures Board. Thomas has been selected by Heritage Hill to be the Co-Chairperson for their new Education Center. Thomas believes in donating his time to help the community in which he lives and works. Continuing Solutions After 8 years in business, the team at Martin Development continues to evaluate Real Estate projects and works with clients to solve their real estate needs. Martin Development believes that their tenants are partners and strives to assist them in any way to help make their businesses a success. |
